If you want to immediately use our software, you can go through the quickstart documentation page.
The project documentation will provide you detailed information about how to get and use the software packages. The support section, will help you with the Frequently Asked Questions about our packages. For more general “How do I…?”, please see our HowTo in the User Guide. More specific information about packages may be given in the Wiki , while know issues and bug reporting are available from the Mantis bugtracker.
Direct and interactive support can be obtained from the mailing lists. You can consult the previous discussion from the web archive of our mailing lists for or subscribe yourself to one or several of our lists. Finally, an IRC channel, #opencsw on freenode.net, that is often frequented by maintainers is available. An AJAX web-based IRC client is available at webchat.freenode.net, if you do not wish to install a local IRC client for yourself.
Need help? There is a number of options.
- Mailing lists. Feel free to subscribe to the users list and ask your question there.
- The bug tracker. If you have a bug report, please submit it there.
- The #opencsw IRC channel on Freenode.
