| Description |
Nagios tries to create it's pid file in /var/run, but the nagios user doesn't have enough permissions to create this file. The pid file should be moved for example to /var/opt/csw/nagios/run. |

Please check the following packages out: http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/experimental/ja/nagios-3.2.3,REV=2010.11.07-SunOS5.9-i386-CSW.pkg.gz [^] http://buildfarm.opencsw.org/experimental/ja/nagios-3.2.3,REV=2010.11.07-SunOS5.9-sparc-CSW.pkg.gz [^] The pid file is now /var/opt/csw/nagios/nagios.lock and has the ownership nagios:nagios. |
