Summary 0004536: undefined reference to upnpcleanup and upgrade to 1.2.1
Description
I am currently trying to compile lftp with socks support and I am running into the following error:

configure:10190: checking for main in -lsocks
configure:10209: /opt/SUNWspro/bin/cc -o conftest -xO3 -m32 -xarch=386 -xnorunpath -I/opt/csw/include -m32 -xarch=386 -norunpath -L/opt/csw/lib conftest.c -lsocks >&5
cc: Warning: illegal option -norunpath
"conftest.c", line 42: warning: statement not reached
Undefined first referenced
 symbol in file
upnpcleanup /opt/csw/lib/libsocks.so
ld: fatal: Symbol referencing errors. No output written to conftest
[...]

This bug seems to have been fixed in the 1.2.1 version according to the changelog:

Fix libsocks upnpcleanup() linking problem when compiled without
   libminiupnpc.
Problem reported by Kyle Thurow <krthurow@gmail.com.example.com> and
   Adam Prato <adam.prato@gmail.com.example.com>.

Could you upgrade to 1.2.1 or fix the current version ?

Thanks in advance.

Yann

Hi Yann, thanks for the research and report. Updated packages are now available from experimental.

Are you able to test them from there or do you need them to be published and installed on the buildfarm first?

Hi Sebastian,

Thanks for this really quick answer.

Yes I would need them to be installed on the buildfarm. You can first install it only on one build server if you want so I can check that it works correctly with lftp.

Just FYI, libsocks has been pushed to current, currently pending release.
