CONFIGURE_ARGS += --disable-cups
I did this as there was no 64 bit cups available at that time and I wanted to have consistent libraries between 32 and 64 bit. Just pinged Maciej for libcups in 64 bit, then I'll repackage.

Adding 64 bit CUPS requires other package updates first:

- Kerberos, Dominique and I did some work, but not finished yet.
- GNUTLS, Chad skipped amd64 because gcc4 didn't have it at this
time. As I know Chad is quite busy right now I did some fixes
and bumped to 2.8.4.
