grep: illegal option -- o
Usage: grep [-c|-l|-q] [-bhinsvwx] pattern_list [file ...]
        grep [-c|-l|-q] [-bhinsvwx] [-e pattern_list]... [-f pattern_file]... [file...]


I think this is because of a Solaris "fix", that breaks it.

PATH=/usr/xpg4/bin:$PATH # just for xpg4 'id'. Sol11 is fine with /bin/id


So, it "fixes" id, but breaks the grep call, since /usr/xpg4/bin/grep

I talked to the developers last night, and they currently don't have anyone do testing on Solaris, so there's no wonder there are compatibility issues.

This will be the 6th patch for fluxbox.

I've just uploaded a patched version into unstable, it should be online within 3h. I tested it on a VM, seems to be working.

For the record, I didnt get an email when you added your first note to the case.
That's the only reason I'm adding this note, though.
 I cant test for a few days, but I'll take your word that it's fixed.
