I got feedback from upstream developer Thomas Maier-Komor, he can't reproduce the problem in a Virtual Box environment. Could you please send the logs from sysstat and sysstatd ?

Sorry for delay, i was little bit busy. Which logs do you mean? I don't know where sysstat write logs. I foundout, that when i run "/opt/csw/bin/sysstat -l -U"
it does not crash. The problem is probably with sysstatd, because, when i run with -d flag, sysstatd proces disapears. When i run -d -U, sysstatd proces keeps running.
