This can't be done until the prerequisite packages are 64-bit. Please get those updated and ask again.

I should check but (from memory) isn't libspectre needed by pixman, which is needed by cairo, which is needed for Ghoscript, which is needed for libspectre, which ...

This is fixed in 9.07,REV=2013.06.06 and pushed to unstable/.
