| Description |
pg_config does emit Sun studio optimization flags e.g. LDFLAGS = -m32 -xarch=pentium_pro -xchip=pentium_pro -L/opt/csw/lib -L/opt/csw/lib -L/opt/csw/lib -R/opt/csw/lib -xchip=pentium_pro is not supported by gcc. Depending on the stuff you try to build this is imported as options to the new build. So you can't build stuff with gcc. Not sure if this is an easy fix. |
