PKG/FILESEARCH RESULTS...
Files in software 'pca':
/opt/csw/share/man/man8/pca.8 /opt/csw/share/man/man8 /opt/csw/share/doc/pca/license /opt/csw/share/doc/pca /opt/csw/bin/pca /etc/opt/csw/pca.conf.CSW
You can search for a filename, or part of a filename, with this form. Keeping "Exact match" checked, searches faster than "Partial match".
If you were looking for a file that normallly had a full pathname of
/opt/csw/bin/mutt, you could use "Exact match" in conjunction
with either of
/opt/csw/bin/mutt
mutt
If you forgot how to spell the file you are looking for, you
should then use partial search on
"mut". You could even search for
"bin/mu"
If you wish to know which packages depend on a particular library, then doing an "Exact match" search for "libfoo.so.1" will give you a list. Note that it must be the exact name the package needs, so if you search for "libfoo.so.1.5", but a package only requires "libfoo.so.1", it will not be matched.
If instead of searching for which package contains a filename, you wish to show all files contained in a particular package, you may use this search instead.
