0004833: mgar show-var isn't modulations aware |

Description |
In particular with modulations it's helpful to be able to debug modulation specific settings. show-var currently isn't aware of modulations and only displays non-modulated variable values. This probably needs some support on the side of GAR (maybe tap into modenv). |
