Summary | 0001608: i386 version of snmpwalk crashes | ||||||
Description |
Solaris 10 i386 version of snmpwalk crashes with Segmentation Fault: /opt/csw/bin/snmpwalk -v 2c -c public hpp Segmentation fault Solaris 10 i386 sfw version /usr/sfw/bin/snmpwalk on same machine works fine. Blastwave sparc version also works fine. It may be a problem with a library as nagios plugin check_hpjd (which uses snmp) does not work correctly when linked with blastwave libs, but does when linked with sfw libs. |
||||||
Additional Information |
Tested on two i386 machines running Solaris 10, both crash: SunOS xxx.york.ac.uk 5.10 Generic_Patch i86pc i386 i86pc |
