Summary | 0001128: Mozilla and Solaris 10 | |||||||||||
Description |
I installed Solaris 10 on a new machine (SunFire v210). I created a new Solaris Zone and tried to run mozilla. It crashed due to two errors from pixbuf and pango. I suspect that this was because the FS was read-only. The patch checker fails : \"WARNING: Patch checker not supported for SunOS.\" Solaris zones might be problematic for /opt/csw in general as the FS is mounted RO in the zone. I might have submitted this into the wrong bug area. |

Pango will not work correctly. This probably means there was an error in the creation of: \'/opt/csw/etc/pango/pango.modules\' You may be able to recreate this file by running pango-querymodules. (Gecko:6716): GLib-GObject-CRITICAL **: file gobject.c: line 1562: assertion `G_IS_OBJECT (object)\' failed (Gecko:6716): Pango-CRITICAL **: file pango-engine.c: line 68: assertion `PANGO_IS_FONT (font)\' failed Pango-ERROR **: file shape.c: line 75: assertion failed: (glyphs->num_glyphs > 0) aborting... Abort - core dumped Oh no! /opt/csw/lib/mozilla/mozilla-bin just dumped a core file. Do you want to debug this ? You need a lot of memory for this, so watch out ? [y/n] n |
