Summary 0004031: Get rid of CSWpython-rt package
Description The runtime package is unhelpful. I'm getting into arguments with the release manager who insists that my packages must depend on CSWpython-rt instead of CSWpython. I explain that CSWpython depends on CSWpython-rt, but then the release manager says "I REPEAT". I've been also asked if my package really needs to depend on the CSWpython package and not just CSWpython-rt.

But CSWpython-rt is not enough for any Python program to work. There's no usecase for it, and it creates confusion. Can it be removed?

A small point of clarity: the release manager said "[in addition to CSWpython]", not "instead of" :-}

CSWpython-rt is now an empty package.

Previously:
CSWpython-rt contains .so files
CSWpython depends on CSWpython-rt

Now:
CSWpython contains .so files
CSWpython-rt depends on CSWpython

There are bugs filed against packages depending on CSWpython-rt to remove the dependency and use CSWpython instead.

There's also a deprecated dependencies check in the v2-checkpkg branch of GAR.

I removed 3 of 4 dependencies:

- mod_python has been rebuilt
- silvercity has been removed (the upstream is dead)
- pysqlite has been removed (Python has inbuilt sqlite support)

The last big one is ooocore.

The package is now dropped from unstable.
